Assistant Guild Master
The Assistant Guild Master is the second-highest-ranking officer and is responsible for assisting the Guild Master in the execution of their duties.
The Assistant Guild Master role can be resigned or removed by a majority vote from the Ruling Council.
Should the Assistant Guild Master position become vacant, a replacement must be voted on within thirty days of its official vacancy. The member who held the position will once again become a member of the Ruling Council with the ability to vote so long as they are not deemed inactive. An Elder or Warlord may hold the Assistant Guild Master position.
Criteria
The rank of Assistant Guild Master can only be attained or revoked by a majority vote from the Ruling Council.

Responsibilities
Assistant to the Regional Manager
Assist the Guild Master in all duties, handle delegated tasks.
In the event of the Guild Master stepping down the Assistant Guild Master will take their place until a proper vote by the Ruling Council has taken place.
Enforce Guild Bylaws
The Assistant Guild Master is responsible enforcing bylaw updates and notifying guild members within 5 days.
